Company Officers and Directors.
Part of protecting a Corporation requires pre-planning for continuity of operations in case one or more senior executives are incapacitated, kidnapped, or dies. Unfortunately many companies, large and small, are not prepared to immediately handle the gap in leadership when such a situation occurs. To expedite such a transition, it is crucial that the affairs of senior or key personnel be in administrative order. The quick availability of necessary information and documents are vital to ensure company operations are not interrupted, the individual’s family is cared for, and that appropriate assistance is rendered as needed.

Organize Your Estate, Inc. has the experience in working with executives and corporations to guide them in identifying and locating all aspects of an individual’s administrative affairs.

Employees Traveling Abroad
Our services are especially relevant to companies whose employees travel frequently, perform hazardous company duties, or are based in countries where there is a high risk of injury, crime and kidnapping. Travel security begins when it is first decided that travel will occur. That is the time for both the company and the individual to review the employee’s estate information and documentation, and evaluate and implement appropriate security on company documents accompanying the employee. Assisting an employee put their affairs in administrative order helps the individual, and reduces the risk of future litigation against the company for not preparing the employee for the potential risks.

Corporate Documents
Industrial espionage and theft of company documents take many forms, and are recognized threats to a company’s well being. When traveling, things to consider are how and where to secure important documents containing important or company classified information. There are numerous documented cases where hotel rooms have been searched and documents copied. This has resulted in contracts being lost or company information being compromised. Laptop computers are frequent targets of theft, both for the laptop value and the information contained within the computer. Recognizing this risk helps to establish guidelines to protect both the employee and the company assets.

Organize Your Estate, Inc. has the experience of working with corporate security departments to develop procedures to enhance the security of company documents.
